5. Digital Product Delivery

5.1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions to your digital products via Canva.

5.2. The templates will remain in your Canva account without expiration, providing permanent access to the purchased digital content.

5.3. We are not responsible for access issues related to your Canva account management or any changes made by Canva to their platform or services.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Refunds may be considered only if the digital product was not delivered as described, was not accessible due to technical issues from our end, or was canceled before delivery.

6.2. Customers can cancel orders before digital delivery for a full refund. Once the digital product has been delivered, no refund will be processed except as described in section 6.1.

6.3. To request a refund, customers must contact support within 3 days of purchase, providing relevant details and proof of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All digital templates and content provided through our Store are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital templates for their personal or business needs.
